6. What is the greatest challenge you face currently in developing your business?
   The greatest challenge in developing PRICE JONES LLC is expanding the company at the right times, while taking into account the economic trends, contracts, training, overhead and the like; all the while assuring that each and every client receives the best service possible.
   
   
7. How do service professionals in your company have a voice in the company’s operations and policies?
   Group Meetings and Training Activities. Meetings and trainings are open to all co-workers, though some meetings or trainings are required.
   
   These include:
   Performance Tested Comfort Systems (PTCS) training and certifications, Building Performance diagnostics, Duct Restoration, Sealing and Insulation, Air Sealing measures, Safety, Quality Control, Project management, Productivity, Sales, Customer Service, New specs/guidelines.
   
   Because many different topics can be covered, meetings open the lines of communication between all departments, allowing for respectful, cooperative, and thought-provoking interaction to take place, as well brainstorming new ways for improving our efficiency and our clientele’s.

8. Describe how your company educates the community about your business and its social justice and environmental commitments.
   Every day, each Service Professional of PRICE JONES LLC engages in direct discussions with clientele/consumers/the public regarding the services delivered and why they are an important aspect of energy conservation. PRICE JONES LLC Service professionals believe in helping others learn to reduce their carbon footprint, reducing the USA’s footprint, and ultimately the World’s print. We’re Changing Energy.
   
   We at PRICE JONES LLC give each client the appropriate information depending on the client’s interests and needs, referring to our website for saving paper. PRICE JONES LLC will strive to meet each client’s individual needs in the most cost effective, sustainable, and efficient ways possible.
   
   Our challenge is to express the urgency of energy conservation and efficiency measures to take in day to day life. Our services aid in restoring optimal functions of the home and replenish lost efficiency. Each and every individual on this planet should conserve resources by reducing consumption, reusing old products, recycling, and living as (energy) efficiently as possible.

   We at PRICE JONES LLC value education/training, and doing things the right way the first time. In our third year of being a Service Leader of the Green Movement, PRICE JONES LLC’s goal is to be the best in energy efficiency solutions, always applying any new knowledge gained for providing the highest quality services available.
   
   As a result of education and training, PRICE JONES LLC Service professionals often have improved job performance and overall productivity, which then makes it possible to offer these efficiency services at a low price.
   
   This opens the door for many potential clients to have energy services delivered who may not have been able to afford these services from other companies. Doing our best each and every day, on each and every job, with each and every client ensures our quality standard is met for the most competitive price out there.

    Service professional work history and expertise include: LEAN Manufacturing, Customer Service, Green Remodeling, New Construction/Green Building, Mechanical skills, Solar product Installation, Machinist- Programmer, Sales, Inventory and Resource Management, Field and Project Manager, Physical Labor, Business Owner, Service Program Management and Development, Organizational Planning, Occupational Therapist, Grassroots Marketing, HVAC Master Technician, PTCS and BPI Certifications.
    
    PRICE JONES LLC is licensed, bonded, insured, and Performance Tested Comfort Systems (PTCS) certified. Our staff of Service professionals is provided with education and the necessary training, as well as the correct tools and materials to ensure a top quality service for a superior client experience.
    
    
11. What distinguishes your company’s offerings to green businesses?
    PRICE JONES LLC is a service company committed to providing the best quality client service for the most competitive pricing, often assisting the client in finding the best possible price for the best quality work (that’s us!). Other green service businesses do not always attempt to offer the best possible service in every way possible, and some contractors are just out to “make a buck.” We at PRICE JONES LLC encourage others to be interested in how to make the home as efficient, safe, healthy, comfortable, and cost effective as possible.

12. Describe your client base.
    PRICE JONES LLC’s client base ranges from a new construction manufactured home owner (hiring us to double check the home and duct system efficiency), to stick built home owners (asking for air sealing, insulation and mechanical ventilation), or an office-property manager (looking to reduce the property’s monthly energy bill).
    
    
13. Provide an example of how you work with a client.
    Once the client calls into PRICE JONES LLC, the next step is to ask questions and obtain all the pertinent information as to how we can be of service. If insulation is desired, we provide a free estimate at the home, though if an inspection or testing is needed, and the client wants it, we will charge for it. We will explain the circumstances and work indicated, always showing the client what we are going to do and why.
    
    
14. Workers
    If you use independent contractors, describe how you choose these individuals…?
    
    PRICE JONES LLC does not use independent contractors at this time; however we do subcontract with other companies. PRICE JONES LLC chooses to be a sub for another company based upon the best overall client service, inspection of the contractor’s work, interactions with the contractor and satisfaction reporting from the contractor’s clientele. PRICE JONES LLC will refer clients to a chosen contractor for services pertaining to the home energy services we are providing.
    
    
15. Customers
    Describe your complaint process.
    
    If a client calls in due to a problem associated with PRICE JONES LLC services, we will always listen and try to be of help over the phone if possible. Typically if we need to go out to the home, we send a Building Performance Specialist to perform a Quality check on the home system serviced. PRICE JONES LLC has a two year satisfaction guarantee on all our work, certain guidelines apply. Therefore, typically remediation services are provided free of charge to resolve any issues found related to our work.
    
    If PRICE JONES LLC is unable to resolve the issue, we will refer the client to another contractor specific to the work needed. If the problem is still unable to be resolved, an individualized plan will be developed to assist the client in seeing that the issue is taken care of once and for all.
